GSuite Hangouts Integration
Can you provide an integration that allows posting messages to GSuite Hangouts Chat rooms, similar to how you have Slack and Teams integrations?

Add the ability to specify colors for incident statuses (Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved)
This would help with communication and could tie into the dashboard URL and email templates. For example, you may want to show investigating as red but once you identified orange (or keep it red), monitoring as yellow and then green once resolved.

BCC Email Recipients
We would like to have the option to BCC email recipients for event emails sent from StatusDashboard. There are circumstances where we send to internal distribution lists, which include external client emails, and we would prefer to not display those list names.

Import email subscribers
We can currently import email subscribers using a CSV file that contains email addresses and the services that the email should be subscribed to. It would be helpful if we could also upload a CSV file that contained ONLY email addresses, which should be subscribed to ALL services (i.e. don't require us to include the services column).

Add the ability to filter on dates for the /event/list/ API endpoint
There is currently no option to filter by dates on the /event/list/ API endpoint. This would be very helpful for narrowing down searches via the API.

Hide service names from notifications
Currently we can hide services from the dashboard, but user notifications still contain the service names (i.e. email, SMS, webhooks). Can you add an option to also hide service names from notifications?

Develop the ability for admins to export incident lists with full fields available
Create the ability to export the incident list for the purpose of creating automatic reporting based on ingestion of the exported data into additional tools. Once mapped, an export would allow us to immediately update historical reporting on outages, and drive teams to complete Post Mortems for root cause identification

Standard email template - Outlook 2016
The current standard email template does not render properly on Outlook 2016 clients which forces us to use the basic email template. Can you please release a standard email template that works properly on Outlook 2016?

Plain text email template
Your plain text email template does not truly render as plain text in some email clients. We would like to have a true plain text option that has no HTML formatting at all.

Digital sign status icons
Can you add the option to show icons instead of words (like operational, etc) on digital signs.

add the ability to have separate email templates for event types
Right now, there is one email template for both incident and maintenance events. To help incident emails pop out and show urgency, I have one of the template colors bright red. This is great for incidents, however the same template is used for maintenance and red is not desirable so I have to manually change the color prior to sending (or often forget causing mixed messages). Color is just one example as to why you would want a template per event, there are others.

Change 'resolved' incident icon
The Resolved Incident icon is too much like the “Active incident” Icon. The shape is identical and color is pretty close. I wonder if colorblind people can even see the difference.
Also the icon itself is misleading when displayed with no text. It connotes “caution” instead of “Fixed”.
Please pick a shape that connotes “we have fixed an issue”.
Allowing us to customize the icon would be an acceptable (preferable?) alternative.

Whitelabeling
Can you add a whitelabel option that would allow us to remove the 'powered by StatusDashboard' moniker from different areas of StatusDashboard (the dashboard page, emails, digital signs, etc)?

Configure a setting that allows all service groups to appear as minimized unless an active incident is present in which case it expands
Have the service groups appear by default as minimized on the status dashboard, but when an active incident is present, the service group containing the incident is expanded to show it - allows the users to easily find the active incident, and reduce scrolling through 100 or more services

Add mailing address to emails
We would like to include our organization's mailing address in the footer of emails sent from StatusDashboard instead of StatusDashboard's address. Can you make this authorable?

Collapse all services by default
We have a lot of services on our dashboard and would like the ability to have all groups be collapsed by default. Currently you have to have the first group open, or all groups open, but there is no option to have all groups collapsed.

Add event history module to dashboard homepage
The active incident and active maintenance timeline modules are useful but they do not show the history of closed events. Can you create a homepage module that shows event history (for the past day or past week) so that customers using the dashboard can see recent events clearly and easily.

In the calendar view, have a configuration setting to limit the number of days a user can see.
Say you want to only show the incidents for just the past month in the calendar view. Would be nice to have a configuration in admin that says show X days of history. Then if someone views the dashboard they only can scroll back for the X days in the widget. It doesn't necessarily have to effect the search feature for incidents. You could also have another feature that limits that or just allow the search to work for all items.
4 votesThe first iteration of this feature has been released. The new feature allows turning off event search, and calendar navigation.

Include all event details in Slack messages
It would be great if all event details (start/end/description, etc) were included in messages that are posted to Slack channels.

When configured to subscribe to individual services, provide a select all
When configured to subscribe to individual services, instead of the entire dashboard, provide an option to "select all" services instead of having the user select each individual service
