Your administrator interface is useful for creating incidents or scheduled maintenance activities but we require the ability to programmatically perform these actions.
For example, we'd like to have our monitoring system (Nagios) have the ability to automatically create incidents in our dashboard when systems are detected as having problems.5 votes
