    allow to change the order of each of the sections and also allow to customize the sort order of the status updates. I would need to have the status updates show first on the notification and the newest update at the top

  3. Incident levels

    It would be nice to have different levels for incidents. Example: service impacted vs service down. Maybe one for just service notices also. This would help to make the uptime reports more accurate.

  4. Checkbox system for easy selection of service events subscription

    None of my users will need to susbcribe to all of my service, but most of them will need to subscribe to more than one.

    The current process is not practical for this scenario.

    A way for users to easily subscribe to multiple (but not all) services at once would be much appreciated.

  6. Add a set up calendar reminder link from the maintenance icon

    Perhaps something like right click on the spanner icon and set up an Outlook calendar entry to remind the subscriber in advance.

  10. Future and Planned Maintenance

    It would be great to enter in future Maintenance and for another section under Active Maintenance to show "Planned Future Maintenance". So when customers go to the Status page they can see obviously what is happening now in terms of Active Incidents and Active Maintenance but any future maintenance as well.

    More granular permissions.

    This would offer the additional functionality that programmers for example could add in maintenance windows for application updates.

    The same would be very useful for a Helpdesk manger etc.

    At the moment any one with access has got a significant amount of access to change quite a bit accidentally.

  13. Allow larger dimensions for company logo

    Currently, you only allow a very thin slice company logo at 300 x 35 pixels in dimension. Our company logo is more square like in nature so these dimensions simply do not allow proper representation of our logo (and some people are very picky about logo properties). The original logo size for me is 859 x 424. If you lock the aspect ratio, I am looking for something reduced as in 258 x 127.

    I feel the abstracted requirement however is simply to allow more flexibility in logo presentation and provide some generic accommodation for different logo shapes.

    Allow each incident to be individually titled when aggregating Status Dashboard incidents via Twitter widget. The current implementation is too generic, esp. when multiple incidents are displayed.

  20. Publish to Twitter

    When posting a new issue or update, have the option to publish to Twitter. This would post a short message and link to the incident into a pre-configured twitter account.
