    Add integration with OpsGenie so alerts in OpsGenie can create/update events on the status dashboard and events created in the status dashboard create alerts in OpsGenie. (Much like the OpsGenie integration with Status.IO)

  2. Description and Impact analysis field flip flopped

    Currently, when filling out a maintenance or incident event, you fill out description and then impact analysis. When the email notification goes out, the template reverses the order and shows impact analysis then description. I would like the ability for the template to show in the same order as the content is input...ideally with description first, then impact.

    Show details (description and Impact analysis) in uptime reports instead of clicking on each event to see the details. Or an export button which generates a csv over all events.

  5. Scheduled Uptime Reports per week and months and send by E-Mail.

    Once a week and/or month a summary Uptime Report should be send by E-Mail. The report should also include a graph by month/week which shows a count (trend) of incidends.

  6. Have a Dashboard API call to see planned maintenance for services

    It would be helpful to have a Dashboard API call to see the planned maintenance schedule for services. It could simply show the maintenance that is scheduled for the day that the call is made or it could be parameterized to show the current day, the current week, etc. This would be specifically useful as a Dashboard API call so that an authentication token would not necessary for the call.

  8. integration with uptime tools like Pingdom, StillAlive, Pagerduty

    by integrating with some of the uptime tool my using API or webhook, we can avoid most of the manual work. Dashboad can pick info from the tools and display.

    • International Date Format DD/MM/YYYY
    • In Calendar mode show the current date first (possibly a box around it or bolded to show its today). This is particularly useful when using the dashboard on a mobile phone as the first two date it shows are a week ago.
    • Scheduled maintenance – This should list any future Maintenance events not just the active ones
    • SMS Subscribers – requirement to enter their name as we are unable to tell who subscribes
    • In Calendar mode an option to show the previous three days and the upcoming three days, this would…

  10. Backward compatible initial date adjustment

    It is similar to the "Put today's date in the middle of the calendar view" except that you would use the "ref" parameter.

    Using "ref=+3" would mean to add 3 days to the default starting date (which is normally 7 days in the past). So for example, today is 2016-03-18, and the dashboard starts showing on 2016-03-12. So, +3 would mean the first date to show would be 2016-03-15. The possibility of using minus sign (like ref=-2) could exist but I'm not too sure it would make sense.

    In any case, when you process the "ref" parameter, if it starts…

    Provide the ability to whitelist services, only those IP's on the whitelist will see the service on the dashboard and be able to self subscribe to the service. A way to display hidden services by whitelisted IP

  18. Embedded dashboard showing a subset of services

    Similar to being able to group services,

    Say we have 4 SaaS application groups. Under each Application is 3 sub groups of 5 services ie 15 services per Application.

    Each of the 4 application groups serves either a completely different geography, or group of users. None of whom really care what is happening to the others, or we don't want them to have visibility.

    Internally - We would want to see all services under all Applications, and could use the existing whitelist facility for that. Great!

    Externally - Ideally we could embed (frame/page whatever) a subset of (say) the Application…

  19. Default timezone on Admin Accounts

    Have the timezone for all administrator accounts default to the timezone of the dashboard. This is step after getting an account that is easy to forget and can cause issues the first time you want to create an event.

    When creating an admin account, have it send an email to the user and have it require them to change their password on first log in.
