    Display of Start AND End Time when clicking on a resolved incidents icon. Currently only the Start Time is visible. The user have to click on "More Info" to see the End time.

  2. Ability to select fields from maintenance event that go in slack message

    When we get an email the subject is filled in from a maintenance template, and includes the application that is being released. For example, ‘Deploy Application_Whiskey HotFix 2 to Production @ 16:30 2016/08/04’ provides all the information I need. However, the Slack messages for this maintenance event only gives the ‘update’ field, which in this case is ‘starting now’. As you can see if someone was only looking at Statusdashboad messages in Slack they would not get much context with just the ‘Update’ field. We could modify our process to have people put more details in the ‘Update’ field, however,…

  3. Ability to subscribe a user via an API call

    Currently the only way to subscribe to a status dashboard is in the status dashboard site's subscribe page. It would be great to be able to subscribe a user outside of the site to avoid some navigation for the user. Some API implementation to subscribe the users simliar to the in site integration would be ideal.

  4. Ability request the currently subscribed users via the API filtering by email/ phonenumber

    Currently in the API you are able to get a list of all of the subscribers 10 at a time. Instead of going through the entire lists of subscribers to find out if an email/phone number is already subscribed, it would be great to be able to filter the response. It would be even better if you could filter by something like the email domain such as "@gmail.com".

  5. Create a webhooks notification method

    Can you create a notification method where customers can subscribe to receive webhooks. It would be great to have JSON formatted event detail sent to an endpoint that gets updated as soon as an admin creates or updates an event.

  7. Display line breaks and end times in started maintenance items on the dashboard.

    Currently, when maintenance events are posted to the dashboard as they change from "planned" to "started", paragraphs of the description are displayed running together without line breaks, and only the start time is displayed.

    It would be nice to maintain the description formatting and show the end-user the expected end time.

  8. Is there a way to automatically receive invoices by email each month ?

    There should be an option to automatically receive invoices by email each month. (ideally to several users, including users without administrative rights, like a purchase department).

  9. Automatic maintenance status update based on scheduled date/times

    Maintenance status should change from pending to active based on the scheduled start time of the maintenance and change to complete based on the scheduled completion time. Still allow for manual status changes, but also allow the status to automatically change based on the entered start/ending date/times.

  10. Create maintenance templates

    There are some maintenance events that happen regularly, but may not be exactly during the same. The description of this maintenance is always the same, except the time. There should be the ability to create maintenance templates so that we can re-use the terminology/verbiage every time for consistency.

  11. Import E-Mail and SMS Subscribers from CSV

    Re the management of subscribers to alerts (e-mail and SMS), we already have the ability to enter these manually, as well as being able to export the information into csv format.

    From a user/subscription management perspective, it would be really useful if we had the ability to not only download into CSV, but also to upload information in bulk back into the system.

    Additionally, it would also be very useful to be able to have a facility to delete multiple subscriptions at once as well as an option to mass-delete (i.e. could be user prior to importing from CSV).

  12. It would be interesting if you have SSO with Google to access to the dashboard. This is easier than IP filters.

    We do not want to have opened the dashboard to internet, only for our company. The best way to manage this is with our Google accounts because through IPs it is more difficult.

    When viewing our logo on our support page, the logo is alligned to the left. ON the desktop this not so much of a problem, bu ton a mobile, the logo is obviosuly not positioned correctly

  16. Sub-services

    Much in line with the request to be able to have more defined levels of incidents, having the ability to have sub-services would allow the dashboard to show that a sub-component of the major service is affected. Perhaps a expand/collapse ability and then allow the uptime report to be reflective of each.

  19. Add IP Ranges to Whitelists

    It would be helpful to include IP address / Subnet ranges as part of your whitelists to make it easier to manage our numerous IP addresses (instead of adding them individually)

  20. Add an option to select all notification methods when creating or updating an event

    It would be helpful to be able to select all notification options at once when creating or updating an event, as opposed to having to select them individually.
