  1. Display active incidents

    Display the list of current active incidents (if any) at the top of the dashboard. At the moment, a user will need to expand the service groups to locate the active incident. It would be nice if the customers does not need to scroll to find active incidents out of the current service groups.

    As a UK customer it would be great if we could have dates presented on the site in a UK date format.

  3. Custom CSS and Service Sort order

    Our company really needs following features:
    1. To be able to rearrange the services in the order that we choose, instead of just ordering it alphabetically. 2. Allowing to override default css with custom CSS would be amazing. 3. If custom CSS is not allowed, then at least allow us to modify the colors of "No current incidents." text.

  5. Manage more groups/subgroups and underneath services in one page

    I have 3 major service groups divided into 5 subgroups each and i have multiple services under them. so it would be nice to have an really thoughtful design to implemeent this on page page, it could be multiple level accordion, tabs or anything.

  6. Third-party Statuses

    Add the ability to display a number of third party statuses directly on the status page. This is useful if we have a service that depends on external services - example Google Apps, etc, you may want your users to know if Google or other provider is experiencing problems.

    The status of these third party services should load dynamically when the status page loads so the users will always see the most recent status.

  7. Company Name and Address in Email Notification Footer

    Allow users to add their company name and address with the same format as the status dashboard. Right now, I can add my company name on the left footer and the address on the right. Ideally, we would like to have them both on the right.

  8. Allow email notifications to be sent only for certain statuses

    If we want to link to an external system for RCA's and an email sent to that system will create an RCA ticket, we want Status Dashboard to only send one email when the incident is resolved. Currently, there is no option to specify when emails are sent so a new RCA is theoretically opened each time an email update is sent out

  9. Allow additional fields to be created and to remove existing fields

    . Also within this, change wording of existing field values and have a field called "Next Update Time" where you can put in a date/time for the next update and have this field automatically wiped when a new update is issued so you know to put in a new update time

  10. Under 'Maintenance Severity', can you add 'No Outage'?

  15. Populate QA environment from Production

    We have a QA environment within StatusDashboard that we use for validation. We would like production data to be migrated into QA so that when we test in QA, it is a more accurate representation of production.

  16. Google SSO to the users dashboard

    Google SSO to the users dashboard!

    I work in a multinational company as IT Manager.
    We use Google as collaboration tool and SSO.
    Customers and employees from France, Italy and Spain access to the users dashboard to see the status of their services.

    We are filtering with IP to restrict the access only to our offices.

    It would be great to have a login with Google to the user dashboard and avoid the restriction per IP.

  17. Remember alert subscription details and present status to the authenticated user

    The alerts subscription management page, for authenticated users (SAML), should show their current status of subscriptions (rather than unchecked boxes).

  18. Add a shortcurt to service uptime report

    Today Uptime reporting is a separate dashboard.
    It would be convenient if clicking on a service in the dashboard was taking a user to uptime report for that service.

  19. Admins to be able to create events only for services for which they have rights

    Service related admin privileges are account wide and cannot be made service specific. Is this something that could be added to the statusdashboard roadmap?
    We have multiple services managed by distinct owners and ideally we’d like to restrict their privileges to specific services.

  20. Remember groups expansion when moving from week to week in calendar view.

    With a service group expanded, clicking on <- to see the previous week shrinks back the expanded group.
    We’d like statusdashboard to remember what’s open when moving from week to week.
