Add the ability to specify colors for incident statuses (Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved)
This would help with communication and could tie into the dashboard URL and email templates. For example, you may want to show investigating as red but once you identified orange (or keep it red), monitoring as yellow and then green once resolved.
I want this but with a different Icon:
a question mark for "We suspect there is a problem" (I will have those set by automated systems only). Could be "investigating"
Different icons for each would be ideal. User configurable.
