  4. Custom CSS and Service Sort order

    Our company really needs following features:
    1. To be able to rearrange the services in the order that we choose, instead of just ordering it alphabetically. 2. Allowing to override default css with custom CSS would be amazing. 3. If custom CSS is not allowed, then at least allow us to modify the colors of "No current incidents." text.

  5. Provide simple integrated server monitoring / uptime monitoring

    Our need is to monitor various API services, as well as servers. To this end it would be most useful to have a simple way to have the StatusDashBoard monitor the servers uptime (using a scheduled ping or other call - HTTP GET...), or use Pingdom, New Relic, other well-known services.

  6. Uptime Report summary statistics over all services and for each service

    Currently you have to select one by one service to generate an uptime report. We need a summary list for each and over all services with count of incidents and downtimes. This would be very useful for our management.

  7. Embedded dashboard showing a subset of services

    Similar to being able to group services,

    Say we have 4 SaaS application groups. Under each Application is 3 sub groups of 5 services ie 15 services per Application.

    Each of the 4 application groups serves either a completely different geography, or group of users. None of whom really care what is happening to the others, or we don't want them to have visibility.

    Internally - We would want to see all services under all Applications, and could use the existing whitelist facility for that. Great!

    Externally - Ideally we could embed (frame/page whatever) a subset of (say) the Application…

  8. integration with uptime tools like Pingdom, StillAlive, Pagerduty

    by integrating with some of the uptime tool my using API or webhook, we can avoid most of the manual work. Dashboad can pick info from the tools and display.

  9. Automated (reoccurrence) maintenance events

    Would it be possible to add in automated (reoccurrence) maintenance event for desktop/servers so that it would go in for say once a month on a Tuesday evening or the third Tuesday every month.

  11. Include the status of an event in the e-mail subject

    Is it possible to include automatically the status of an event in the e-mail subject? Makes it easier for the customers to identify the related information.

  12. change the color from green to red for the visibilty slider button

    you can configure the visibility at the end of the incident or mnt event. if you turn on (the slider button changes to green) then the events is not visible on the dashboard. sometime our users don't read the text "exclude" in the upper description of this button and it results to misinterpretations.
    it would be very helpful if the color from the button changes here to red and not to green.

  13. Display active incidents

    Display the list of current active incidents (if any) at the top of the dashboard. At the moment, a user will need to expand the service groups to locate the active incident. It would be nice if the customers does not need to scroll to find active incidents out of the current service groups.

  14. incident templates creation without the need to select a service

    currently it is only possible to create an incident template with a pre-defined service. it would be helpful for us when this is no longer mandatory.

  15. Default timezone on Admin Accounts

    Have the timezone for all administrator accounts default to the timezone of the dashboard. This is step after getting an account that is easy to forget and can cause issues the first time you want to create an event.

  16. Allow more customization to email notifications

    It would be helpful to be able to reorder the content displayed in the email notifications where you can place description and service impacted before the start and end times because these things tend to be more pertinent to our notification subscribers.

  17. Uptime reports download

    It will be great if we could download uptime reports to a spreadsheet so I can create management reports out of it.

    It will also be beneficial to have the service type optional if I want to pull everything for the entire month.

  18. New Customer Suggestions

    • International Date Format DD/MM/YYYY
    • In Calendar mode show the current date first (possibly a box around it or bolded to show its today). This is particularly useful when using the dashboard on a mobile phone as the first two date it shows are a week ago.
    • Scheduled maintenance – This should list any future Maintenance events not just the active ones
    • SMS Subscribers – requirement to enter their name as we are unable to tell who subscribes
    • In Calendar mode an option to show the previous three days and the upcoming three days, this would…

  20. Manage more groups/subgroups and underneath services in one page

    I have 3 major service groups divided into 5 subgroups each and i have multiple services under them. so it would be nice to have an really thoughtful design to implemeent this on page page, it could be multiple level accordion, tabs or anything.
