change the color from green to red for the visibilty slider button
you can configure the visibility at the end of the incident or mnt event. if you turn on (the slider button changes to green) then the events is not visible on the dashboard. sometime our users don't read the text "exclude" in the upper description of this button and it results to misinterpretations.
it would be very helpful if the color from the button changes here to red and not to green.6 votes -
incident templates creation without the need to select a service
currently it is only possible to create an incident template with a pre-defined service. it would be helpful for us when this is no longer mandatory.

Provide a way to disable SMS notifications on maintenance requests only by default
Need a way to disable SMS notifications on maintenance requests only by default. We want to use them for other events but not have them sent for a maintenance request.

Impacted service name into the colored portion of the email template.
It would be good to have the impacted service name into the colored portion of the email template. This would enhance the visibility of the impacted service for users. Like we have following as of now:
Incident Notification
Severity: Minor Performance Issue
Status: Investigating
Start: 11-01-2019 07:53:00 UTC
End: N/A2 votes -
Edit the Email Subscription Confirmation
It would be good to be able to edit the Email Subscription Confirmation email that is received when you sign up to the Status Dashboard. There is a template it uses called email-confirm-1 but there is currently no way to edit it to populate your own text.

Include the status of an event in the e-mail subject
Is it possible to include automatically the status of an event in the e-mail subject? Makes it easier for the customers to identify the related information.

Per incident templates, like maintenance
There are a lot of steps to take to make sure an incident is reported, then updated, properly. Many of our notifications are for repeating incidents (like problems logging in, or slow performance), and it would be great to have templates with pre-selected and filled-in options that don't need to manually be checked before sending.

Standard dashboard style modal behavior, similar to calendar dashboard style
Can we get the feature that exists on calendar dashboard style where when you click on a day icon it gives you a modal window of the event summary, but have that occur on standard dashboard style when there is an active incident by clicking on active incident?

Ability to colorize text in markdown template
We're trying to focus recipient's attention, and colorization of body text would help. So far, the best we've found has been selecting bold or headline.

Place the email subject in the body of the incident email template
When you read status dashboard emails on mobile, the subject hides, and you can't tell what has the problem in the body of the message without scrolling up.

Add the ability to delete services which are no longer needed
it is not possible to delete services which are no longer needed if they are part of old events. first you have to remove the service from old events and then you can delete the services.

Adding Templates space under "Incidents" same as we currently have for "Maintenance".
Under events, we have 3 main headers viz. Incidents, Maintenance & Export.
we need to have Templates space under "Incidents" same as we currently have for "Maintenance".3 votes -
allow for sections in the email notification to be re-ordered
Specifically, allow for the updates section to appear at the top of the email notifcation as opposed to the bottom. When an advisory is closed or resolved, you have to scroll to the bottom of the email to see that, you should be able to re-order it to the top

allow for different template colors on a email template throughout a event lifecycle
It would be great to change the color of on outage notification email from red to green once the issue is resolved, or change it to orange when the issue has been identified. Locking the email colors to red and blue can create confusion when an issue has been resolved

Enhanced Reporting
Uptime reporting is great but I want to also report on Mean Time to Resolve incidents, and volume of incidents, filtered by severity. I want to know if we are reducing total number of incidents as well as length of outage.

Allow more customization to email notifications
It would be helpful to be able to reorder the content displayed in the email notifications where you can place description and service impacted before the start and end times because these things tend to be more pertinent to our notification subscribers.

Digital sign SSO integration
Add the same SAML/SSO integration to digital signs that you have for dashboard pages so that we can authenticate to digital signs with our IdP.

Uptime Report summary statistics over all services and for each service
Currently you have to select one by one service to generate an uptime report. We need a summary list for each and over all services with count of incidents and downtimes. This would be very useful for our management.

Provide for recurring maintenance events
Is this not currently possible? I just searched through the documentation and don't see it. Its pretty typical to have recurring (weekly, monthly) maintenance windows.
